DMDAAC/FA共聚合动力学及应用研究

     

摘要

以二甲基烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)和富马酸(FA)作共聚单体,过硫酸钾(K2S2O8)/亚硫酸氢钠(NaH-SO3)为氧化还原引发剂,采用膨胀计法研究了单体的水溶液共聚合动力学.用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)和核磁共振(1HNMR)对共聚产物进行了表征.研究结果表明,DMDAAC和 FA共聚合速率方程为 Rp=k[DM-DAAC/FA]3. 93[I]1. 01,表观活化能Ea=24. 99kJ·mol-1.并在动力学基础上初步研究了共聚物P(DMDAAC-co-FA)和聚合硫酸铁(PFS)的沉降率和对印染废水的絮凝能力,结果表明,P(DMDAAC-co-FA)的沉降率是PFS的7. 8倍,其絮体更大、更紧实,具有更好的絮凝沉降效果.%The copolymerization kinetics was studied by dilatometer method in aqueous solution with diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride(DMDAAC)and fumaric acid(FA)as monomers and potassium persulfate-sodium bisulfate redoxas initiator. At the same time,the copolymerization product was characterized by FT-IR and1HNMR. The results showed that the polymerization equation of DMDAAC and FA was Rp=k[DMDAAC/FA]3. 93[I]1. 01,and the apparent activation energy was 24. 99kJ·mol-1. On the basis of this kinetics understanding,dyeing wastewater was treated with P(DMDAAC-co-FA)and PFS separately,revealing the floccules of P (DMDAAC-co-FA)were bigger and thicker than those of PFS. Sedimentation rate of P(DMDAAC-co-FA)was 7. 8 times than that of PFS,P(DMDAAC-co-FA)had a better performance on flocculating sedimentation.
