不同粒径八面体纳米CeO2的制备及其影响因素的探究

         

摘要

由于纳米CeO2粒径和形貌的不同,导致其性质和应用的不同.本文以硝酸铈和磷酸钠为原料,采用水热法研究了不同粒径八面体纳米CeO2的制备,考察了水热温度、磷酸钠的加入量、分散剂的种类和焙烧温度等因素对其粒径的影响规律,利用XRD和SEM对纳米颗粒的粒径和形貌进行表征分析.研究结果表明,通过控制反应条件,采用水热法可制备出平均粒径范围为35.2-67.3 nm的八面体纳米CeO2,且分散度好,结晶性高.%The differences of particle size and morphology lead to the difference of the properties and applications of nano-CeO2.In this paper,cerium nitrate and sodium phosphate were taken as raw materials,octahedral nano-CeO2with different particle sizes were prepared by hydrothermal method.The influence regularities of the hydrothermal temperature,quantity of sodium phosphate,species of dispersant and calcination temperature on the particle size were researched.Then the sizes and the morphologies of the nanoparti-cles were characterized by XRD and SEM.The results showed that as-prepared octahedral nano-CeO2has good dispersion and high crystallinity,the particle size is from 35.2 nm to 67.3 nm.
