AS1.398 neutral protease was immobilized to chitosan with glutaraldehyde as cro sslinking agent. The effects of temperature, pH, amount of cross-linking agent and ratio of enzyme to carrier on the activity of the immobilized enzyme were de monstrated, and the optimum immobilization condition of AS 1.398 neutral proteas e was established.%以壳聚糖为载体、戊二醛为交联剂，探讨了影响AS1.398中性蛋白酶的固定的因素。确定了固定化酶制备的适宜条件：温度为30℃～45℃，pH值为6.5，时间为10h，戊二醛含量为0.12%(质量分数)和固定化酶中的酶的含量为2%(质量分数)。
