Purification of Neutral Proteinase by Preparative High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要

The purification of industrial crude neutral proteinase from Bacillus subtilis by a self-made preparative high performance liquid chromatography is reported in this paper. It was shown that the purity of neutral proteinase was increased by 3 fold, and the enzyme activity and protein recoveries could reach 70% and 35%, respectively, under the appropriate conditions.
