Taking the process flow and safety requirement for conveying the pulverized coal in Shell coal gasification plant as an example , author has introduced the basic requirement of safety interlock design; has described the method and requirement concerning valve position switch contact condition in selecting the sequence control.%以壳牌粉煤气化装置煤粉输送的工艺过程及安全要求为例，介绍了安全联锁设计的基本要求；阐明了选择顺序控制有关的阀位开关触点状态的方法和要求。
