加热炉模块化施工技术在石化装置中的应用

摘要

Heating furnace is a non-standard equipment with relatively high technical content and complex structure. Previously, the site construction mode is adopted domestically and its construction period is relatively long. In recent years, the modular construction technology, which is popular all over the word nowadays, has been introduced in some large-scale domestic petroleum and chemical projects. The modular manufacture and installation are discussed, and the modular construction process is elaborated.%加热炉是工艺装置中技术含量相对较高、结构相对较复杂的非标设备，以前国内采用的是现场建造的施工模式，施工周期相对较长。近几年来，国内在一些大型的石油、化工项目中引入了当今国际上推崇的加热炉模块化施工技术。就加热炉模块化制造和安装模式进行了讨论，并对模块化施工流程进行了阐述。
