部分水解聚丙烯酰胺的微流变特性研究

         

摘要

Based on the dynamic light scattering principle ,the microrheological characteristics of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide influenced by concentration of NaCl ,pH value ,temperature and molecular weight were studied by Rheolaser .The mean square displacement (MSD) curve of HPAM was analyzed to obtain viscoelastic parameters such as macroscopical viscosity index (MVI) and elas‐ticity index (EI) .The results showed that with the decrease of temperature and concentration of NaCl and the increase of pH value and molecular weight ,the value of MVI and EI of HPAM increased .The microcosmic mechanism of the results was explained and the superiority of microrheology on the re‐search of polymer rheological characteristics was discussed .%以动态光散射原理为基础,借助Rheolaser微流变仪,针对NaCl浓度、pH值、温度以及相对分子质量等影响因素,研究了部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM )的微观流变特性。通过分析 HPAM 的均方位移(MSD)曲线,得到反映其流变特性的黏弹性参数,宏观黏度因子 MV I和弹性因子EI。实验结果表明,NaCl浓度越低,温度越低,pH值越高,相对分子质量越高,则 HPAM 溶液的 MV I与EI 的平衡值越高。阐述了聚合物溶液具有这种流变特性的微观机理,探讨了微流变学在研究聚合物流变特性上的优越性。
