本文采用绿色还原法制备金纳米粒子,并利用环糊精修饰金纳米粒子,构建出一套便捷且高效的Cd(Ⅱ)残留比色检测体系.实验结果表明,当整个体系中镉离子浓度增加时,溶液颜色发生变化,颜色由酒红色变成蓝紫色;在Cd(Ⅱ)浓度为0.1~100μtmol· L-1和200~2000 μ mol·L-1范围内时,其浓度与体系吸光度比值(A525/A650)呈现明显的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9763和0.9787,检出限为0.085μmol·L-1;环糊精功能化金纳米粒子检测镉离子的体系具有较高的检测选择性能.%A simple colorimetric assay for rapid and selective sensing cadmium ion,has been developed using gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) decorated with cyclodextrin.The results showed that the concentration of cadmium ion was increased in the system,the color of the solution was from red to purple changes intuitively.The absorbance ratio (A525/A650) was linear with the Cd(Ⅱ) concentration in the range of 0.1~100μmol·L-1 and 200~2000μmol·L-1,with the correlation coefficients of 0.9894 and 0.9843,respectively.The limit of detection was 0.085μmol·L-1.The colorimetric sensing mechanism for gold nanoparticles modified by cyclodextrin showed high selectivity for common substance.
