Walnut shell-based activated carbon was prepared by carbonization and high temperature activation with KOH using walnut shell as raw material. The morphology of product was characterized by scanning electron-microscope (SEM). The adsorption capacity of methylene blue of product was tested. Effects of the activation temperature and the grain size on the yield of activated carbon were investigated. The results showed that the yield decrease with the activation temperature increasing and grain size decreasing. The activated carbon product has a good removal effect on the methylene blue solution with pH higher than 8.%以核桃壳为原料,经炭化后,采用KOH高温活化制备出核桃壳基活性炭,产品用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了形貌,并测试了产品对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能.考察了活化温度与核桃壳粒径对产品产率的影响.结果表明:活化温度越高,核桃壳粒径越小,产率越低;活性炭产品对pH值大于8的亚甲基蓝溶液去除效果较好.
