超高效液相色谱串联质谱法测定银杏叶中氨基甲酸酯类农药残留

             

摘要

15 carbamate pesticides residue in ginkgo leaves were determined by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS-MS). The sample was extracted with acetonitrile, which was concentrated and purified by TPT solid-phase extraction column. The eluate was separated on XTerra MS C 18 column, and used for tandem MS analysis. The recoveries of the 15 carbamate pesticides in ginkgo leaves (from 0.004 to 0.04 mg/kg) ranged from 65.22% to 96.66% with the relative standard deviations of 1.43%-10.06%(n=5). The linear correlation coefficient was 0,996 2-0.999 9. The method has good purification effect, reproducibility and high sensitive. It can meet the requirements for the simultaneous determination of 15 carbamate pesticides residue in ginkgo leaves.%建立了银杏叶中15种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留量的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱测定方法.样品经乙腈提取,TPT固相萃取柱净化,通过XTerra MS C18色谱柱分离,供串联质谱测定.15种氨基甲酸酯类农药在0.02~0.5mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.996 2~0.9999;在0.004,0.01,0.02,0.04 mg/kg 4个添加水平下,其平均回收率为65.22%~96.66%,相对标准偏差为1.43%~10.06%(n=5).该方法净化效果好、灵敏度高、重现性好,可满足银杏叶中15种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留量的检验要求.
