立柱式压力机整体结构分析的局部等效方法

摘要

基于有限元分析软件ANSYS，提出立柱式锻造压力机整体结构分析的简化等效处理方法。依据立柱式压力机的工作原理、部件边界特征以及部件内部力的传递规律，将立柱式压力机整体有限元结构分析转换为局部分析，可大规模减少系统单元的数目，缩减计算维数。计算结果证明该等效方法的有效性。%The paper brings forward a simplified equivalent method for the FEM analysis of complete column type press machines on the basis of commercial code ANSYS. The FEM analysis on the complete structure of column type press machines is converted to the FEM analysis on the local structure, which can reduce the number of the system units significantly and caculation dimensions. The calculation result proves the method is valid.
