T-2毒素检测方法及其毒性研究进展

摘要

T-2 toxin is a typical and important trichothecene and has the highest toxicity among such trichothecenes.As a main mycotoxin causing food pollution,it is widely scattered in cereals ,which can pose a serious threat to human health.In this review,recent advances in analysis and the toxicological effects of T-2 toxin are summarized.%T-2毒素是单端孢霉烯族毒素中毒性最强的一种，广泛存在于自然界中，是污染农作物的主要毒素，经食物摄入后对动物和人类的健康均造成严重威胁，已引起广泛关注，并成为近年来的研究热点。该文从T-2毒素的毒理学意义出发，主要从T-2毒素的分析检测方法以及其毒性作用方面进行详细论述。
