响应面法优化超临界CO2提取山奈精油工艺研究

         

摘要

Extraction process of Kaemp feria galanga L. oil by supercritical CO2 fluid was discussed. Using single factor experiments,the influences of CO2 flow rate,pressure,temperature and extraction time on Kaemp feria galanga L. oil extraction were investigated,and the supercritical CO2 extraction conditions of Kaemp feria galanga L. oil were optimized by response surface experiments. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:CO2 flow rate 26 kg/h,pressure 36 MPa, temperature 40℃and extracting time 145 min. Under the conditions,the yield of Kaemp feria galanga L. oil was 4.52%.%研究了山奈精油超临界CO2提取工艺。采用单因素试验考察了CO2流量、压力、温度和提取时间对山奈精油提取效果的影响,再利用响应面试验优化了山奈精油的超临界CO2提取工艺。试验结果表明:山奈精油超临界CO2提取的最佳工艺为CO2流量26 kg/h、压力36 MPa、温度40℃、提取时间145 min,此条件下超临界CO2提取山奈精油得率为4.52%。
