玉米DDGS的营养成分及质量评价

摘要

玉米DDGS主要是生产乙醇的副产品,综述了玉米DDGS中含的蛋白质、脂质、纤维、磷等营养组成,并根据颜色、酸性洗涤纤维（ADF）含量、霉菌毒素含量、脂肪酸败程度等指标对DDGS进行质量评价。%Corn DDGS is the by-product of producing ethanol, the nutriment in DDGS inclu- ding lipids, protein, fiber and phosphorus was reviewed. Depending on color, ADF, the quality of DDGS, the level of mycotoxins and rancidity of oil were evaluated.
