复合陶瓷钢管陶瓷内衬组织的影响稀土 La2 O3对重力条件下

             

摘要

根据铝热反应,研究了复合陶瓷钢管重力条件下制备含 SiO2系列陶瓷内衬,以及含稀土 La2 O3加 SiO2系列陶瓷内衬等添加物对金属陶瓷内衬显微硬度和耐蚀性的影响。研究结果表明:当加入稀土 La2 O3和 SiO2时均可使陶瓷层内衬的孔隙率降低,当 La2 O3和 SiO2的加入量分别为0.5%和2.0%时,对陶瓷层性能的提高效果最好,使孔隙率降低至3%,耐蚀性达到0.06 g/m2·h,在一定程度上使陶瓷内衬的耐蚀性增加,La2 O3对提高陶瓷层性能的效果较好。%In this article the preparation containing SiO2 series ceramic-lined has been studied under the condition of com-posite ceramic tube gravity.And the effect of additives on the microhardness and corrosion resistant of metal ceramic-lined has been researched.These additives are rare-earth La2 O3 and SiO2 series ceramic-lined.The experiment result showed that adding rare-earth La2 O3 and SiO2 can make the porosity of ceramic layer lining to reduce.When the quantity of La2 O3 and SiO2 were 0.5% and 2.0% respectively,the effect on the improvement of the performance of the ceramic layer was best,it made the porosity fall to 3% and the corrosion resistance reach 0.06 g/m2 ·h.To some extent the corrosion resist-ance has been increased.La2 O3 had a good effect to improve the performance of the ceramic layer.
