摘要

Benzo(a)pyrene metabolism in human placental microsomes fromsmokers was studied.Benzo(a)pyrene metabolites were separatedusing high pressure liquid chromatographic technique. Reactionof benzo(a)pyrene with microsomal fraction of placenta fromindividuals who smoke cigarette during pregnency yields 7。
