身份焦虑：当前中国社会焦虑的一种重要表现

In today's China, identity anxiety has become a major form of social anxiety. Reasons for identity anxiety are as follows: on the social level, quick changes in the social structure makes people unable to identify themselves; on the economic level, disordered economic growth dispels identities of the lower-middle class; on the level of value, confusion in the value system makes people lose their value standards. Outward manifestations of identity anxiety are as follows: little cognition of obligation, inactive behavior, endless complaining and as a result, the collapse of the trust network. To deal with the problem, we should do away with a solidified social structure, create good conditions for social mobility, establish a duty consciousness, develop professional ethics and dedication, and build a complete social welfare and social security system to remove people's worries and fears.%在当前的中国，身份焦虑已经成为社会焦虑的一种重要表现形态。就身份焦虑产生的原因而言，主要有：在社会层面，社会结构的快速变化使人们无法认识自我；在经济层面，无规则经济发展的后果消解了中下阶层的身份认同；在价值层面，价值系统的混乱使人们失去了人生的价值坐标。就身份焦虑的表现形态而言，主要有：在观念领域表现为不知“分”为何物；在行为领域表现为“混”字当头；在心态方面表现为有着强烈的“怨妇”情节；在结果上表现为信任、信用体系的坍塌。而要化解身份焦虑，可以从如下几个方面着手：克服社会结构固化现象，为替代式社会流动的通畅创造条件；确立本分意识，弘扬敬业精神；构筑完备的社会福利保障体系，以解除人们的后顾之忧等。
