社会治理主体多元化进路下的公共精神

摘要

以多元主体参与为特征的社会治理活动的开展与公共精神的生成之间具有内在契合性，在社会治理的发展进路下推进公共精神的培育是创新社会治理体制的基础性工作。当然，在实然状态下，由于各主体角色定位与目标追求的差异性，社会治理呈现出紧张关系状态。因此，如何厘清现实，着力在政府治理、法治保障、体制设计等诸多层面展开思考，是保障公共精神培育和推进社会治理有序开展的重要方式。%T he development of social governance activities and the formation of public spirit have an intrinsic relevance .In the development of social governance ,cultivating public spirit is the basic work of innovating social governance system .Nowadays ,as each person pursues individual social role and target , social administration faces a difficult situation . Therefore , it is important to combine government governance ,the rule of law and the social system design so as to cultivate public spirit and develop social governance .
