制造业集聚、空间溢出与地区经济增长*──基于城市面板数据的实证检验

摘要

At the national level,the empirical results which are based on panel data of 232 cities from 2002 to 2012 suggest that the agglomeration of manufacturing industry can not only promote economic growth,but also drive neighboring regions’economic growth by spatial spillover effect. The results suggest that there exists regional economic growth effect and spatial spillover of manufacturing agglomeration in the cities of east and central regions to some extent,however,the spillover coefficient of agglomeration of manufacturing industry in the east is smaller than the central because of the rising factors cost etc. At the same time,the economic growth effect and spatial spillover are not significant in the cities of west. According to mentioned above, it is necessary to arrange the patterns of manufacturing agglomeration in the city level of east,central and west reasonably,and this will promote the coordinating development of regional economy better.%在全国层面上，基于2002—2012年232个城市面板数据的实证检验结果表明，制造业集聚不仅可以促进本地区经济增长，而且能够通过空间溢出效应带动周边地区经济增长。东中部城市的制造业集聚都存在一定程度的区域经济增长效应和空间溢出，东部城市制造业集聚因要素成本上升等原因而使得其溢出系数小于中部；而西部城市的经济增长效应和空间溢出则不显著。这就要求合理安排我国东中西部城市层面制造业集聚的格局，从而更好地促进区域经济协调发展。
