中国快递业创新发展机制分析

         

摘要

It is clearer that the Chinese express market has been shared by state-owned, private, and foreign-owned enterprises like the three legs of a tripod. As there is a strong impact of transnational courier companies such as FedEx, the market shares of state-owned and private courier companies continue to decline. Domestic enterprises usually have some issues in terms of backward management level, poor international competitiveness, competition disorder between state-owned and private enterprises, fund shortage, and low personnel quality. Chinese express industry shall face up to the severe challenges and seize the opportunities, including rapid development of economic glob-alization, the game mechanism emerged with the issue of Postal Law, extensive market size by the rapid development of e-commerce and development space caused by the improved market economic system. Meanwhile, it shall strengthen internal management innovation, and innovate in external cooperation and going digital, so as to enhance the market competitiveness and accelerate the development.%中国快递市场国营、民营、外资三足鼎立的局面越来越清晰。国有及民营快递企业面临着联邦快递等跨国快递公司的强劲冲击,市场份额持续下降。本埠企业普遍存在着管理水平落后、国际竞争力不足、国有与民营无序竞争、企业缺少资金、人员素质不高等问题。中国快递行业应该正视严峻考验,抓住经济全球化快速发展、《邮政法》颁布以后形成的博弈机制、电子商务的快速发展创造的市场规模的扩大以及市场经济体制不断完善所形成的发展空间和机遇,加强内部管理创新、开展外部合作创新和信息化创新,从而增强中国快递业的市场竞争力,加快发展步伐。
