中学简化二十四式太极拳教学四部曲

摘要

太极拳是一种柔和、缓慢、轻灵的拳术。在以往的太极拳教学中,由于传统教法单一等原因,导致学生学习兴趣不高,教学效果不明显。本人查阅了大量文献资料并结合自己多年的教学实践经验,分析了影响太极拳教学效果的因素,并总结出太极拳教学四部曲的优化教学方法。旨在为广大一线教师提供教学参考。%Taijiquan is a soft, slow, ethereal boxing. In the past teaching of Taijiquan, the single traditional teachingleads to the students＇study interest is not high, and the teaching effect is not obvious. This paper consul- ted the massive literature materials and combining many years teaching experience, analyzed the influence factors of Taijiquan teaching, and summed up the optimized teaching method of Taijiquan. The main purpose is to provide reference for majority of teachers.
