大学生体质健康现状调查及对策研究--以菏泽学院为例

摘要

In this paper,100 students are randomly selected from the 2010 -2013 class of Heze University,with atotal of 400 students as the research object,using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview andmathematical statistics.The results of physical health measurement of 400 students are analyzed statistically,andthe students'physical health status of Heze University is compared with that of the students of Grade 10 to Grade13 respectively.The factors influencing the health of college students are analyzed.The purpose of this study is tounderstand the status and the main influencing factors of the students'physical health in Heze University.%本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等方法，分别从菏泽学院2010－2013级学生中随机抽取100名，共400名学生作为研究对象。统计分析了400名样本学生的体质健康测量结果，并分别将10级—13级学生整体的体质水平进行了比较，了解菏泽学院学生的体质健康现状，并对当前大学生体质健康后天的影响因素进行了调查分析。目的是了解菏泽学院学生的体质健康现状及主要的影响因素，从提高学生的体质健康水平的角度出发，探讨有效的发展对策，以达到提高学生体质健康水平的目的。
