定点无规律多球练习在羽毛球专选班教学中的实验研究

目的：探索定点无规律多球训练与定点有规律多球训练在训练效果上的差异性。方法：文献法、实验法、数理统计法。结果：定点无规律多球训练对提高学生专项素质和专项技术等多项指标效果更明显。%Objective:To explore the irregular fixed -point multi ball training and regular fixed -point multi ball training differences in training effect.Method:literature method,experimental method,mathematical statistics.
