核心力量训练对青少年排球运动员影响

         

摘要

Core strength training plays an important role in teenage volleyball players.With methods of literature, logical analysis and expert -interview and combining the features of teenage growth and development,the paper studies the relation between core strength training and specialized volleyball skills.It concludes that core strength training can significantly improve the stability of teenage volleyball players’technical movements,and has significance in the coherence of smashing technique and in improving the success rate of serving.%核心力量训练对青少年排球运动员具有重要作用。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法和专家访谈法,结合青少年生长发育特征,对核心力量训练与排球专项技能之间的关系进行研究。结论认为,核心力量训练能明显提高青少年排球运动员的技术动作的稳定性,对扣球技术的连贯性及提高发球成功率具有显著意义。
