初学者先学蛙泳与先学自由泳的区别比较

在中国，针对游泳的初学者，基本所采取的教学泳姿以蛙泳为主，而在一些西方国家，例如美国，他们针对游泳教学的泳姿以自由泳为主。外国学者针对先教蛙泳还是自由泳众说纷纭。针对这种情况，本文对二者进行区别比较，将初学者先学蛙泳与先学自由泳的优势和劣势进行对比分析，以帮助初学者在初学游泳时根据自身情况选择适合自己的泳姿。%In China,for swimming beginners,the basic teaching of swimming stroke is breaststroke,and in some western countries,such as the United States,their basic swimming stroke for the swimming learner is freestyle. For these cases,national scholars flock into discussion and have divergent views for the first teaching on breaststroke or freestyle.For these cases,this article will distinguish those two differences,beginners learn breaststroke at the beginning and the advantages and disadvantages of comparative analysis of freestyle in order to help beginners in the beginner swimming according to their own situation to choose their own swim style.
