The effects of six plant hormones on the lipid and EPA production of Nannochloropsis oculata M44 were investigated .Each plant hormone has a beneficial effect on lipid accumulation . When 20 mg/L IBA was added ,the maximum lipid production was achieved with an increase of 20 .94% compared to the control group .The EPA and lipid production were increased by 29 .34%and 20 .34% at a concentration of 15 mg/L BA .Real-time quantitative PCR confirmed that BA and other hormones can significantly increase the transcriptional level of lipid synthesis-related genes in Nannochloropsis oculata M44 .This study confirms that plant hormones can be used to increase the EPA production of Nannochloropsis oculata M44 ,which provides the experimental basis for the production of EPA .%考察了6种植物激素对微拟球藻油脂积累与EPA产量的影响,并初步探讨了其对油脂合成的调控机制 .每种植物激素对微拟球藻油脂积累都有促进效果.其中添加20 mg/L IBA 时油脂产量提高最多,油脂质量分数提高20 .94% .其次是添加15 mg/L的BA ,油脂质量分数提高20 .34% .同时,BA在质量浓度为15 mg/L时,EPA质量分数提高了29 .34% .实时定量PCR证实BA等激素能显著提高微拟球藻中油脂合成相关基因的转录水平.证实了植物激素可用于提高微拟球藻EPA的产量,为利用植物激素提高微拟球藻发酵生产EPA提供了实验依据 .
