原粮表观热物性参数及含水率的快速测量方法

         

摘要

In order to obtain the relationship between the thermal property parameters and water content of raw grain, using cylindrical one-dimensional radial thermal conductivity device, thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity, specific heat and heat absorption coefficient are calculated effectively. According to the results of optimum fitting to experimental data, the linear degree of the relation between the water content of grain and the heat absorption coefficient is better, the equation obtained by fitting is: y=150.42 x-640.58. On this basis, a new type of probe measuring device is designed. The heat absorption coefficient can be calculated directly according to the relationship between the excess temperature and the time of the hole wall of the probe. According to the relationship between the thermal physical parameters and water content of the grain calculated earlier, the water content of grain can be quickly obtained.%为获得粮食的热物性参数和含水率之间的关系, 采用圆柱型一维径向导热装置对粮食的导热系数, 热扩散系数, 比热容和吸热系数等热物性参数进行了有效测量, 利用软件拟合可知粮食的含水率和吸热系数 (λρc) 1/2关系的线形度更好, 拟合得到的方程为y=150.42x-640.58.在此基础上设计了新型的探针测量装置, 根据探针的孔壁的过余温度与时间关系可以直接得到吸热系数 (λρc) 1/2, 根据此前实验得到的粮食的热物性参数和含水率之间的关系, 即可快速得到粮食的含水率.
