基于评价指标得分率的中美 LEED-NC认证项目比较*--以可持续场地评价大类为例

摘要

According to the same certified version, certified level and project type, combined with necessary sample numbers, the paper establishes Chinese and US LEED-NC certified projects sample sets, makes a comparison between Chinese and American sample sets from the perspective of credit frequency indicator, analyzes the cause of difference of credit frequency indicator, discusses the regional property of green building rating system and suggestions for improvement of evaluating indicators with abnormal high or low certified frequency indicator.%依据相同认证版本、相同认证级别和相同建筑类型的原则，结合必要的对比样本量，建立中美两国 LEED-NC 认证项目对比样本集。对两国样本在可持续评价大类评价指标上的得分率进行比较，重点对评价指标得分率相差较大的现象进行分析，指出两国项目在同一评价指标的得分率上产生明显差异的原因，讨论了绿色建筑评价体系的地域性特征，以及对得分率畸高和畸低的评价指标的改进建议。
