张家界大峡谷玻璃桥主要施工技术

         

摘要

Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon Glass Floor Bridge is a ground anchored suspension bridge with spatial cable planes and with a main span of 430 m.In the light of the structural characteristics and the topography and geology conditions of the bridge, the group pile foundations for the towers were constructed, using the manual excavation.The concrete for the single-column reinforced concrete towers was cast in segments, using the assembled small segment timber formwork.The foundations for the tunnel anchorage and the gravity anchorage on the west and east banks were constructed, using the mechanical excavation and the concrete for the anchorages was cast in layers.The steel wire strands of the main cables were hauled across the canyon, using the overhead cables above the catwalk and the spatial geometric shapes of the main cables were adjusted, using the technique of parallel erection and counter tensioning in transverse direction.The new type counter tensioning tools were used to directly pull close the spacing of the main cables, the cable clamps were then installed and the spatial angles of the clamps were adjusted.The longitudinal girders and cross beams of the stiffening girder were manufactured in the assembling yard and were assembled into the full segments in the field.The segments were then hoisted and installed symmetrically from the two sides towards the central span of the bridge and synchronously with the installation of the suspenders, using the cable crane hoisting method.On the hollow parts of the deck, the large size transparent tempered glass was laid and on the non-hollow parts, the antiskid transparent tempered glass was laid.%张家界大峡谷玻璃桥为主跨430 m的空间索面地锚式悬索桥.根据该桥结构特点,依据其地形及地质条件,桥塔群桩基础采用人工挖孔施工,独柱式钢筋混凝土桥塔采用小块木模板拼装、分节段浇筑法施工;西岸隧道式锚碇及东岸重力式锚碇采用机械开挖,锚碇混凝土采用分层浇筑;利用猫道上方的天缆牵引主缆索股,利用平行架设横向对拉技术调整主缆的空间线形;采用新型对拉工具直接拉近主缆间距,安装索夹并调整其空间角度;加劲梁的纵、横梁在场内制作后现场拼装成完整节段,采用缆索吊装法从两侧向中间对称吊装,与吊索安装同步进行;桥面露空处铺设大尺寸透明钢化玻璃,桥面非露空处铺设钢化防滑玻璃.
