太原摄乐大桥异型钢-混混合塔柱施工技术

         

摘要

The main bridge of the Shele Bridge in Taiyuan City is a special-shape single pylon cable-stayed bridge with spatial crisscross cable planes and with span arrangement(30+2×150+30)m.The pylon of the bridge takes the A shape in the transverse direction of the bridge,has no cross beams and is 1 13.8 m in height.The lower columns of the pylon are the reinforced concrete structures that were cast in situ,using the formwork while the middle and upper columns are the steel structures that were constructed in the field,using the large segment hoisting and installation method.In the construction of the pylon,the anchor reinforcement for the concrete lower columns were precisely positioned,using the"stiffening frame+positioning plates".In between the two in-ward titling lower columns,the bracing trusses were set up to brace the columns.On the outer sides of the spatial curvature formwork,the straight cross ribs were selected so as to accommodate to the bracing surfaces of the bracing trusses.The steel and concrete joint sections of the columns were precisely positioned,using the positioning scaffolding.On the top of the scaffolding,the po-sitioning holes were arranged and at the bottom of the joint sections,the variable-diameter pins were arranged.The parts of the steel pylon columns were fabricated in segments in the workshop, the segments were then assembled into the large ones in the field and were hoisted and installed,u-sing the D5200-240 tower crane.The wall support for the tower crane and the second level bracing truss of the columns were designed in integrity in order to accomplish the accelerated construction of the bridge.%太原市摄乐大桥主桥为(30+2×150+30)m的空间交叉索面异型独塔斜拉桥,桥塔横桥向为"Λ"形,无横梁,高113.8 m,下塔柱为钢筋混凝土结构,采用模板现浇施工,中、上塔柱为钢结构,采用大节段整体吊装施工.在该桥塔柱施工过程中,混凝土下塔柱锚固钢筋采用"劲性骨架+定位板"进行精确定位;在内倾式混凝土下塔柱两肢之间建立支撑桁架对塔柱进行支撑,空间曲面模板外侧横肋取直,与支撑桁架支撑面相适应;钢-混结合段采用定位支架进行精确定位,在支架顶部设置定位孔,在钢-混结合段底部设置变径销轴;钢塔在工厂分节段制造,现场组拼成大节段,利用D5200-240塔吊进行吊装,塔吊扶墙与塔柱第2道横撑采用一体化设计,以实现快速化施工.
