大学生公益旅游开发对策探析--以大连市为例

The article embarks from college student volunteer tourism, discusses the current situation and finds out the problems, furthermore, put forward the countermeasures. The research shows that we should guided by scientific method, combine with actual situation of local, train professional talent people, strive for the support of local gov-ernment, develop tourism product which suit for college students. At the same time, increase the propaganda, com-bine college, society and travel agency as a unity, explore the college student volunteer tourism, which can speed up the development and make it into effect.%从发展大学生公益旅游的意义出发，分析大连市大学生公益旅游的发展现状，找出发展过程存在的问题，进而提出具体的解决方案。研究结果表明，在科学的方法支撑下，结合旅游地的实际情况，培养专业的旅游人才，争取当地政府的支持，开发诸多适宜大学生的旅游产品。同时，加大宣传力度，将学校、社会、旅行社三方结合起来，共同发展大学生公益旅游。这样才能提高大连市大学生公益旅游的发展速度，将其真正落于实处。
