人本主义思想视域下高校图书馆管理简析

摘要

借鉴人本主义思想视角，发现我国图书馆管理目前存在的主要问题有管理理念上重物轻人、服务模式上人性化缺失、馆员管理上忽视主体地位三大方面，要提升图书馆管理的水平应该做到树立健康向上的管理理念、建立完善的制度管理体系和建立以人为本的读者服务模式。%From the perspective of humanism, the paper points out the main problems existing in our country’ s li-brary, like management concept concentrates on substance while neglects person, service mode is lack of humanity, ignoring the subject status on the librarian management. According to the problems, the paper put forward that in order to improve the management level, library should set up healthy management concept, establish a perfect sys-tem of management system and people-oriented reader service pattern.
