利用纳米金/壳聚糖-石墨烯复合膜修饰电极测定饮料包装材料中的双酚A

         

摘要

The nanoAu/chitosan-graphene modified glassy carbon electrode was prepared by cyclic voltammetry. The electrochemical behaviors of bisphenol A(BPA)at the modified electrode were studied and some electrochemical parameters related to the reaction of BPA on the modified electrode were calculated. The experimental results showed that in pH 7.0 phosphates buffer solution,BPA had an irreversible oxidation peak. In the concentration range from 8.0×10-8 to 6.0×10-6 mol/L,the oxidation peak current of BPA was linear with its concentration. The linear regressive equation was I (10-5A) = 1.269c(10-6mol/L)+ 0.3469,r= 0.9985,and the minimum detectable concentration was 9.0×10-9 mol/L. The RSD for 5 paralleled determinations was 4.56%,and the recovery was 92.33%~104.81%,which was used for determination of BPA in drinks package materials with satisfactory results.%制备了纳米金/壳聚糖-石墨烯复合膜修饰的玻碳电极(nanoAu/CS-GR/GCE);利用循环伏安法研究了双酚A(BPA)在该修饰电极上的电化学行为;建立了测定饮料包装材料中双酚A含量的电化学方法。实验发现在pH为7.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液(PBS)中,双酚A在nanoAu/CS-GR/GCE上出现不可逆氧化峰,其微分脉冲伏安峰电流与浓度在8.0×10-8~6.0×10-6mol/L范围内呈良好的线性,线性方程为:I (10-5A)=1.269c (10-6mol/L)+0.3469,检测限(S/N=3)为9.0×10-9mol/L,对双酚A溶液平行测定5次的RSD为4.56%,回收率在92.33%~104.81%之间,将其用于饮料包装材料中双酚A的电化学测定,结果较好。
