The structure of aerostatic spherical bearing's spindle is introduced firstly,and three structure improvement methods are given to improve performance.Then the measuring methods are put forward for rotation precision of spindle,and the rotation of air spindle is tested.Aiming at the radial rotation error,axial movement error and angle swing error,the first harmonic elimination method is used to eliminate installation eccentricity,the test result is comparatively ideal.The rationality of the structural design is verified.%介绍了空气静压球面轴承主轴的结构,给出了3种提高性能的结构改进方法,并提出了主轴回转精度的测量方法,对该气浮主轴的回转精度进行了测试研究.针对径向回转误差、轴向窜动误差和角度摆动误差,采用消一次谐波法消除安装偏心,得到了比较理想的测试结果,同时也验证了静压轴承结构设计的合理性.
