分析圆锥滚子轴承外圈冷挤压原理及目前使用冷挤压外模的不足,改进模具材料和结构,采用GCr15钢高温淬火(水冷) +低温回火工艺,保证材料强度;改进冷挤压外模为整体式结构,在外模入口处设计3°喇叭口,在挤压区设计0.05 mm的小锥度.使用结果表明,改进外模后很好地保证了产品加工精度,工件容易脱模,模具使用寿命长,成本低.%The principle for cold extrusion of outer rings for tapered roller bearings and deficiency of current external mould for cold extrusion are analyzed, the material and structure of mould are improved. The strength of material is ensured by using steel GCr15 quenched at high temperature (water cooling) + tempered at low temperature. The external mould for cold extrusion is improved to integrated structure, a 3° flare is designed at inlet of external mould and a small taper of 0.05 mm is designed at extrusion zone. The use results show that the machining accuracy of products is well guaranteed by improving external mould, and the workpiece is easier to demould. The mould features long service life and low cost.
