Al2O3包覆正极材料LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2

         

摘要

Cathode material LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 was synthesized by high temperature solid method and coated with aluminium oxide(Al2O3).The crystal structure,morphology of material were analyzed by XRD,SEM,the electrochemical performance of material was tested by galvanostatic charge/discharge and cyclic voltammetry.The cathode material LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 coated with Al2O3 had the typical structure of hexagonal α-NaFeO2 type,which belonged to the R-3m space group.The electrochemical performance of the material was best when the mass fraction of Al2O3 coating was 1%.When cycled in 2.5 ~ 4.3 V with 0.2 C,its initial specific discharge capacity reached up to 145.7 mAh/g,the capacity retention was 94.0% after 30 cycles,the specific discharge capacity was improved by 6.3% compared with the bare sample in the same condition.%采用高温固相法制备LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2正极材料,并用三氧化二铝(Al2O3)进行表面包覆改性.通过XRD、SEM对材料晶体结构、形貌进行分析,用恒流充放电和循环伏安等对材料进行测试.Al2O3包覆的LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2正极材料具有典型的空间群,为R-3m的六方层状α-NaFeO2结构.以0.2C在2.5~4.3V循环,Al2O3包覆量为1%的材料电化学性能最好,首次放电比容量可达145.7 mAh/g,第30次循环的容量保持率为94.0%,比未包覆Al2O3材料在相同条件下的放电比容量提高了6.3%.
