Several kinds of Hematopoietic Growth Factors (HGF) ha ve been widely used in clinical practice or clinical trials. In this review, ba sic characters about these HGF were briefly introduced, and the benefit for pati ents who administrates it was evaluated. Indications of using HGF in clinical p ractice are emphasized. Also some of side effects were mentioned respectively.
