Based on least deformation degree and vibrating acceleration amplitude, the optimal cutter angle correspondence tool path and angle range were got. The reference was provided to selecting cutting tool posture for machining thin-wall parts by the research results. The test results show that the optimal tool path direction is horizontal upward and the optimal cutter angle is 10°~20°.%基于最小变形量和振动加速度幅值,得出较优倾角类型对应的走刀方式和加工倾角范围,该研究结果为实际加工薄壁件过程中刀具姿态的选取提供了依据.试验结果表明:对于薄壁件铣削,10°~20°的正侧倾角为较优加工倾角.
