不同加工顺序对薄壁件加工变形的仿真研究

         

摘要

为了研究不同加工顺序对7075铝合金薄壁件加工变形的影响,采用有限元仿真和试验验证结合的方法,利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件顺序耦合热应力分析功能对毛坯的淬火过程进行仿真,得到毛坯初始残余应力分布;并对毛坯的初始残余应力进行测量试验,验证有限元分析结果,用有限元法对左右对称、分层对称、阶梯对称和金字塔对称四种不同加工顺序切削过程进行仿真研究.结果表明,有限元仿真结果和测量结果数据相近,建立的有限元模型和仿真方法能够预测毛坯的初始残余应力分布;四种不同加工顺序变形量结果都是上端变形大,底部变形小,金字塔对称的加工方法变形量最小,在整个加工过程中,变形量的最大值为0.21mm.根据仿真结果,结合数控加工误差补偿,可提高薄壁件的加工质量和精度,对后续的加工具有一定的参考价值.%In order to study the effect of different processing sequences on the processing deformation of 7075 aluminum alloy thin-walled parts. Using finite element simulation and experimental verification meth-od,the quenching process of blank was studied by finite element analysis software ABAQUS, sequential coupled thermal stress analysis,the initial residual stress of the blank is obtained and the initial residual stress of the blank is measured and tested, Then the finite element method is used to simulate the four different processing sequences of symmetry,hierarchical symmetry, step symmetry and pyramid symmetry. The re-sults show, the finite element simulation results are similar to the measured data, the finite element model and method can be used to predict the initial residual stress distribution of the blank;four different processing sequences are higher deformation at the upper end and lower deformation at the bottom,the symmetrical pro-cessing method in Pyramid has the smallest amount of deformation, and the maximum amount of deforma-tion is 0.21mm in the whole process. According to the simulation results,combined with NC machining er-ror compensation,can improve the processing quality and accuracy of thin-walled parts,the follow-up pro-cessing has a certain reference value.
