The technological measures for ensuring the machining accuracy of complex shells were described. the optimization method for machining sequence of cross hole system and oil hole system of the shell parts were summarized. A universal washing toll was designed to be suitable for washing various shells. The machining cycle of typical complex shells was shorten. In conclusion, it is stated that it provides a useful reference for the process design of the similar parts.
