常开式离合器膜片弹簧支撑环对接合点的影响

摘要

Load-distortion is analyzed for diaphragm spring with/with no support ring under free running,idle running and compression respectively in this paper.And the influence of normal-open clutch diaphragm spring of a hybrid electric vehicle under development with/with no support ring on clutch junction point is also analyzed,the paper concludes that diaphragm spring with support ring can shorten clutch deployment time,reduce clutch oil cylinder pressure control response time and improve shifting quality.%分析了带支撑环和不带支撑环情况下膜片弹簧分别在自由状态、空行程状态、压紧状态下的载荷-变形情况.以一款正在开发的混合动力车型中的常开式离合器膜片弹簧为研究对象,分析了带支撑环和不带支撑环对离合器接合点的影响,得出带支撑环可以减少离合器打开时间、对离合器油缸压力控制响应速度和换挡品质有较大提升的结论.
