轮胎锥度效应及角度效应对车辆直行性能影响研究

         

摘要

The tire property model is established according to the generating mechanism of the tire conicity and plysteer effect. Through tire performance test and vehicle dynamics modeling simulation, the influence of tire conicity and plysteer on vehicle straight line driving performance is expounded. The study shows that the tire conicity has great influence on the vehicle straight line driving performance, so it need to be controlled, on the other hand, the plysteer has less influence on the vehicle straight line performance.%根据轮胎锥度效应及角度效应的产生机理,建立了相应的轮胎特性模型,通过对轮胎性能的测试及车辆动力学建模分析,阐明了轮胎锥度效应及角度效应对车辆直行性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,轮胎的锥度效应对车辆直行性能影响很大,需对其进行限值要求,而角度效应对车辆直行性能影响较小。
