In order to improve chassis stiffness and strength of micro-electric tourist bus and reduce vehicle vibration, the paper conducts chassis static and dynamic analysis on micro-electric tour bus. Static analysis is mainly for two working eoMitions: eonstanl speed straight forward driving and one wheel instantaneous hanging in the air. Chassis deformation and stress distribution have been analyzed. Modular analysis method has been applied in dynamic analysis and 10th step frequency and corresponding natural frequency and vibration model have been obtained when chassis is in a free state. The modular analysis resuhs show thai the 4th step modular frequency of chassis is easy to cause resonance and we should make modular frequency avoid road excitation frequency lay adjusting chassis structure so as to prevent vehicle resonance.%为提高微型电动游览车底盘的刚度、强度并减少整车振动,文章对微型电动游览车底盘结构静态和动态进行了分析,静态分析主要针对微型电动游览车匀速直线行驶和一个车轮瞬时悬空2种工况,分析了底盘变形和应力分布。在动态分析中应用模态分析方法,计算得出了底盘自由状态下的10阶频率和对应的固有频率及振型,模态分析结果表明,底盘4阶的固有频率容易引起共振,应通过调整底盘结构,使各阶模态频率避开路面激励频率,防止车体发生共振.
