城市新区控规低碳策略探索

     

摘要

城市低碳发展是近年来各国的重要议题,在国内研究成果对中观城区尺度,尤其控制性详细规划层面的研究缺乏.基于此,文章分析城市新区呈现的空间特征与碳排放的关系,结合低碳理念的实践路径与控规编制的内容,从土地利用、交通组织、生态建设、建筑引导四个方面探讨低碳理念应用策略,并对传统控规指标进行低碳更新,以保障低碳策略的实施.其中,重点针对生态建设策略进行深入研究,文中提出了运用碳氧平衡理论确定绿化容量、基于通风廊道的绿道布局模式,以及高效的"立体化"绿化模式,为其他城市的建设和发展提供良好的借鉴.%Urban low-carbon development is an important issue in recent years, countries in the domestic research on the concept of urban scale, controled study in particular the lack of detailed planning level. Which focus on in-depth study of the ecological building strategy, this paper proposes the use of carbon and oxygen balance theory to determine the greening capacity, based ventilation greenway corridor layout mode, and eficient "three-dimensional" green model for the construction and development of other cities provide a good reference.
