城市低碳发展是近年来各国的重要议题,在国内研究成果对中观城区尺度,尤其控制性详细规划层面的研究缺乏.基于此,文章分析城市新区呈现的空间特征与碳排放的关系,结合低碳理念的实践路径与控规编制的内容,从土地利用、交通组织、生态建设、建筑引导四个方面探讨低碳理念应用策略,并对传统控规指标进行低碳更新,以保障低碳策略的实施.其中,重点针对生态建设策略进行深入研究,文中提出了运用碳氧平衡理论确定绿化容量、基于通风廊道的绿道布局模式,以及高效的"立体化"绿化模式,为其他城市的建设和发展提供良好的借鉴.%Urban low-carbon development is an important issue in recent years, countries in the domestic research on the concept of urban scale, controled study in particular the lack of detailed planning level.
