戏·食--中国传统演艺空间与现代餐饮空间的结合模式初探

戏曲是中国传统文化的重要组成部分，与它共生的演艺场所在长期的历史积淀中形成了独特而深厚的文化底蕴。传统戏曲与用餐品茗相结合在中国由来已久。尽管现代商业在空间文化、消费模式、功能需求等方面都有了新的时代内涵与特征，传统戏曲与现代餐饮业的结合仍然有广阔的空间。文章从饮食与观戏文化结合历史开始，探讨二者结合模式在现代出现的两种形式，并对传统演艺空间的商业化运用前景进行展望。%The opera is an important part of Chinese traditional culture. Its symbiotic performing arts venues has formed the unique and profound cultural background. It has been a long history that traditional opera combined with dining in China. Although modern commercial culture has had a new epoch connotation in the aspects such as space culture, consumption patterns and functional requirements, the combination of traditional opera and modern catering industry stil has a broad space. In this paper, we start from the history when catering and traditional culture combined, and then we discuss the two forms of combination pattern in modern society. Finaly we give a prospect on the commercial use of traditional performing arts space.
