居家养老体系构筑之可持续户型——与子女同住老人居住样式特征及空间需求研究

Taking Multi-generational family as an object, this paper makes analysis of the residential relations between the elderly couple, or between the elderly and their children, under the change of living place for sleeping, dining and daily living. It also pays attention to the relationship between the change of residential pattern and trie health stages of the aged. Based on the features of residential pattern and residential demand, it offers proposals on sustainable residential design for the multi-generational families.%以与子女同住老年家庭为对象,通过就寝、就餐、日常起居等生活场所的变化,分析老年夫妇之间以及老年夫妇与子女之间的居住关系,并关注居住样式的变化与老年人健康阶段之间的联系；在把握其居住样式特征和居住需求的基础上,提出面向与子女同住老年家庭的户型设计建议.
