基于3964R协议的多控制终端加油系统

     

摘要

提出了一种民用飞机加油控制系统的设计,将LPC2294作为控制芯片,采用μC/OS-II嵌入式系统,分别通过脉冲计数模块和模数芯片采集管道流量信号和管道压力信号,同时控制数模芯片输出电动阀控制信号. 控制芯片采用3964R协议通信,通过485总线与外部操控面板和手持终端进行信息交互. 此外,还给出了加油控制系统的软、硬件设计流程,并经过测试实验证明其有效性. 该设计实现了操作员对不同机型加油的近程和远程控制,提高了系统的实用性.%This paper proposes a design of civilian aircraft refueling control system, which uses LPC2294 as the control chip, applies μC/OS-II embedded system, collects the flow signal and pressure signal of the pipeline re-spectively by means of the pulse counting module and the AD chip, and in the meantime controls the DA chip to output the control signal of the electric valve. The control chip adopts the 3964R protocol to communicate, and ex-change information with the external control panel and the handheld terminal through the 485 bus. Furthermore, this paper also gives the software and hardware design process of the refueling control system, and proves its effec-tiveness by test. The design achieves the short-range and remote control by the operator over the refueling process of different types of aircrafts.
