一种新型聚丙烯酰胺类调堵剂的研究

         

摘要

Using PAM( molecular weight 3 000 000,hydrolysis degree <3.0% ) as main agent,hexmeth-ylol melamine( HMM) as the crosslinking agent to formulate various PAM/HMM plugging agent. The results showed that preparation of HMM conditions were as follows; the melamine content is 23. 6 g,the formaldehyde solution(37% ) content is 152.2 g,the distilled water is 24.2 g,the pH is 9.0,the reaction temperature is 60℃. ,the reaction time is 4 h. When the PAM content is 7. 10 g,the HMM content is 3. 16 g,the volume of the distillation water is 100 mL,the pH value is 5. 0,the reaction temperature is 100 ℃ ,the reaction time is 4 h,PAM/HMM plugging agent can be prepared,and the viscosity value is maximum, 1 754 000 mPa · s;in the salt concentration of 10. 0 -300. 0 g/L,and CaCl2 concentration of 10.0 -250.0 g/L,it can appears gelation and the gels have high stability,which can be used in water shutoff and profile control in high temperature and high salinity reservoirs.%以聚丙烯酰胺(分子量300万,水解度<3.0%)为主剂,六羟甲基三聚氰胺(HMM)为交联剂,制得PAM/HMM调堵剂.结果表明,制备六羟甲基三聚氰胺的条件为:三聚氰胺为23.6 g,甲醛溶液(37.0%)为152.2 g,蒸馏水为24.2 g,pH值为9.0,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为4h;当PAM为7.10g,HMM为3.16g,蒸馏水为100mL,pH值为5.0,反应温度为100℃,反应时间为4h,制得PAM/HMM调堵剂黏度最高,为1754000 mPa·s;在粗盐浓度为10.0~300.0 g/L,CaCl2浓度为10.0~250.0 g/L时均能成胶且凝胶稳定性很高,可应用于高温高盐油藏的堵水调剖.
