建立了分光光度法测定柑橘中类柠檬苦素含量的方法.研究表明,类柠檬苦素与Ehrlich试剂形成稳定的红色配合物,在波长490 nm处测定显色液的吸光度,确定类柠檬苦素的量.以柠檬苦素为对照品,标准曲线回归方程为A =0.8889C +0.0966,R2=0.9997,在0.0150~0.1875 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好.方法的平均加样回收率为100.12%,RSD =1.78% (n =6).%A spectrophotometric method for the determination of limonoids in the extract of citrus fruits was established. Research showed that the limonoids reacts with Ehrlich' s reagent to form a stable red complex,its maximum absorption wavelength is 490 nm. Taking the limonin as the standard to get the re-gression equation is A =0. 888 9C + 0. 096 6,and the correlation coefficient R2 is 0. 999 7. The absor-bance was linear with concentration of the limonoids in the range of 0. 015 0~0. 187 5 mg/mL, The aver-age recovery is 100. 12% , RSD = 1.78%(n = 6).
