Ulti-mately the optimum reaction conditions is that:take concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst,tetrabutyl am-monium bromide as phase transfer catalyst,the molar ratio of materials as follows:C12 H26 O: 47%HBr:98%H2 SO4 =1:1. 5:1,circulation reflux 4 h,the yield can reach 94. 60%.%在工业有机溴化物的生产过程中有大量氢溴酸废液产生,为了使这些氢溴酸废液能够得到有效地利用,以正十二醇和废氢溴酸为原料制备溴十二烷,对影响反应收率的各种因素进行了研究,确定了合成溴十二烷的最佳条件为:以浓H2 SO4为催化剂,四丁基溴化铵作相转移催化剂,物料摩尔配比(十二醇:47%HBr:浓 H2 SO4)为1:1.5:1,回流4 h时,收率94.60%。
