工业副产物废氢溴酸的回收与利用

In the production of industrial organic bromide process,there will be a lot of waste hydrobro-mide generated. In order to make effectly use of the waste hydrobromic acid,take lauryl alcohol and waste hydrobromic acid as raw material to study various factors,which affect the yield of 1-bromododecane. Ulti-mately the optimum reaction conditions is that:take concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst,tetrabutyl am-monium bromide as phase transfer catalyst,the molar ratio of materials as follows:C12 H26 O: 47%HBr:98%H2 SO4 =1:1. 5:1,circulation reflux 4 h,the yield can reach 94. 60%.%在工业有机溴化物的生产过程中有大量氢溴酸废液产生，为了使这些氢溴酸废液能够得到有效地利用，以正十二醇和废氢溴酸为原料制备溴十二烷，对影响反应收率的各种因素进行了研究，确定了合成溴十二烷的最佳条件为：以浓H2 SO4为催化剂，四丁基溴化铵作相转移催化剂，物料摩尔配比（十二醇：47%HBr：浓 H2 SO4）为1：1.5：1，回流4 h时，收率94.60%。
